Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and committed Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will be integral in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.

Effectively manage shifts, overseeing all service and staff performance aspects.

Conduct pre-shift meetings to brief staff on daily specials, events, and service expectations.

Complete and sign off on all required checklists for opening, closing, and throughout service.

Train and develop team members to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.

Assist with recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding new staff.

Enhance and maintain a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values.

Implement and manage staff incentive programs to boost motivation and performance.

Support the Assistant F&B manager in all aspects of operations as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
