Reservations Agent

Our client who specializes in the hospitality industry is looking for an organized Reservations Agent. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Process bookings, rooming lists, and room allocations promptly
• Coordinate requests for additional services (e.g., transport, food packs, spa)
• Conduct daily audits of upcoming arrivals
• Respond to new leads and inquiries within 24 hours
• Attend daily briefings to stay updated on business forecasts and activities
• Maintain proactive, professional communication with both internal teams and customers
• Support Sales with Club membership management and guest queries
• Assist with hosting prospective clients to drive revenue
• Contribute to system improvement and team training needs
• Available for additional hours as needed
• Complete other relevant tasks as assigned

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Saturday roster basis - if you work on Saturday, you will get 1 day a week off.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
