Picker

Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of ten McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit a Picker to support the restaurants in the daily operations.

THE POSITION

Based in Malta and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the picker will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing orders according to the order form. This includes carefully selecting and packing a variety of products to ensure prompt and accurate delivery to our restaurants. In addition to order preparation, the Picker will be involved in receiving incoming goods, verifying quantities, inspecting items for quality, and ensure their safe storage in designated areas.

This role also acts as a key support link between the distribution center and restaurant staff, ensuring smooth delivery operations and addressing any immediate needs or concerns that arise.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have an ‘O' level standard of education, with at least one year’s experience in a warehouse environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate good communication skills and a supporting team-building personality.
