Food & Drink Attendant (Part-Time)

DoubleTree by Hilton Malta is currently seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Drink Department on a part-time basis.

We are currently recruiting for a variety of roles within our Food & Drink Team, including Food & Drink Attendants, Food & Drink Hostesses, and Bartenders.

As part of our Food & Drink Team, you will help deliver a friendly and professional guest experience across our restaurants, bars, and other F&D outlets. Reporting to the Food & Drink Supervisors and F&D Manager, you will support the daily operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service to guests.

• Prepare and maintain restaurant, bar, and service areas.

• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.

• Assist guests with menu queries and special requests.

• Support buffet, table service, bar service, and hostess duties as required.

• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

• Follow hotel procedures and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is considered an asset.

• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of food hygiene standards is an advantage.
