Food & Beverage Breakfast Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Food & Beverage Breakfast Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and satisfying breakfast experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and dining staff to provide high-quality food and service to our guests.

The Xara Palace has earned a reputation for being a much-loved Maltese institution and as one of the Premier Maltese restaurants decorated with a Michelin star.

The Impact you will have:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and comfortable
- Take and process breakfast orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
- Assist with setting up and breaking down breakfast service, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service

About you:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
