FB Servers Wanted- Located Northern part of Malta

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as FB Servers in the Northern part of Malta. As an FB Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and drinks to tables and ensure accuracy and presentation
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malta
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
