Experiential Travel Specialist

This job of an Experiential Travel Specialist is with one of the established companies within the travel industry in Malta.  You will be planning and organising a range of destination experiences on the island while having full ownership of the projects and forming part of a team.  Main duties are as follows:

• Manage and carry out meetings with clients and suppliers
• Ensure the right terms are negotiated - financially and standards expected
• Project manage all confirmed deals - F&B events, luxury retreats, curated stays, small conferences / meetings
• Site visits
• Coordinate the logistics required
• Holistically create and market new products
• Be active in the preparation of the sales and marketing plans
• Coordinate press activities by working closely with the media and with press representatives
• Provide regular reports to management as requested
