We offer a warm and lively atmosphere where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinner. Located in Birkirkara, near Smart Supermarket, our venue is open all year round, serving high-quality food and drinks with authentic hospitality. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and be part of our unique dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following our Venetian-inspired menu.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cook, preferably in an Italian or Mediterranean restaurant.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for high-quality cuisine and attention to detail.

• Team player with strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of the Italian language will be considered a preferred qualification.
