- Prepare and present high-quality A La Carte dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served.
- Create and develop innovative breakfast menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role, with a strong focus on A La Carte and breakfast service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred.
