We are looking for an experienced and creative culinary professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of modern culinary trends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative menus and recipes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. They will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies, developing cost-effective menus, and managing budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting. They must have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and have experience in menu planning, recipe development, and being a team player. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.
