We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality industry, be knowledgeable about alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and taking beverage orders
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensuring that all beverages are served in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues
- Maintaining knowledge of current drink menus and specials
- Upselling drinks and other items
- Processing payments
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensuring that all guests are of legal drinking age
- Recording all sales and inventory
- Assisting with other duties as needed
