Bar Tender

Job Description
Armier Beach Resort in Malta is looking to recruit Bar Tenders to join their team on a full/part-time basis. The ideal candidates will be experienced and able to create classic and innovative beverages to impress our guests and their expectations.

Armier Beach Resort is a new concept to transform Armier Bay into a new vibrant destination. The Location is Armier Beach in Mellieha and shall include Palm Beach and Baia Beach Resort.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and present a bar menu and update it regularly while managing pricing and costs;
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages from the various outlets at the beach resorts;
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks;
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations to the management;
• Knowledge to prepare cocktails and recommend/ serve branded wines/spirits and non-alcoholic beverages;
• Keeping the bar areas clean, re-stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies;
• Stay guest focused and provide an excellent guest experience;
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations;

Requirements: 

• Have clear communication skills with all guests using a good command of the English Language. Knowledge of a second language is a plus;
• Have a relevant training certificate;
• Possess a valid work permit to work in Malta and clean police conduct.

Armier Beach Resort is a new concept to transform Armier Bay in Mellieha into a new vibrant destination. We shall be operating the Baia Asian Fusion Restaurant/Bar Lounge Beach Resort in partnership with an International Franchise as well as Palm Beach Resort.
