Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration & Events Clerk to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage employee rosters and schedules.
Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including post-event follow-up and payment collection.
Promote and market events to clients and customers, helping to drive attendance and sales.
Coordinate with suppliers, staff, and customers to ensure the smooth delivery of events.
Carry out general office administration and event-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer literacy and previous administrative experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to work weekends when required.
A proactive approach with a strong customer-service focus.
Knowledge of Indigo Payroll T&A will be considered an advantage.
Previous experience in event coordination, sales, or administration will be considered an asset.
Possession of own transport will be considered an asset.
