Wellness Coach & Sales Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Wellness Coach & Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines supporting our wellness hub with delivering an excellent in-store sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and support clients and practitioners in the wellness hub

• Manage bookings for the practitioners appointments and ensure timely follow ups with customers

• Provide basic wellness guidance aligned with our brand

• Assist customers on the shop floor and recommend products

• Drive sales while delivering a friendly, consultative experience

• Maintain store and wellness space standards

Qualifications:

• Passion for wellness, health, or lifestyle

• Background or certification in wellness coaching, fitness or nutrition

• Strong communication and people skills

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
