Role Description

As the Spa Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our spa’s success. You will lead a dedicated team, manage all aspects of spa operations, and ensure that every guest has an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Your expertise in spa management, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will be crucial in maintaining our spa’s reputation as a premier destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services meet our high standards.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Manage, train, and motivate a team of spa professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Monitor and analyze KPIs, using data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spa treatments and retail products, continuously seeking ways to improve service offerings.

- Ensure exceptional customer service by managing the customer journey from booking to post-treatment follow-ups.

- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management, ensuring cost-effective operations.

- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and special events.

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a similar role within the wellness industry.

- Extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment.

- Proven track record of managing a team and driving business growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret KPI reports.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and spa management software.

- Superior command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
