G3 Hospitality Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Spa and Wellness Front Desk Host to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Profile Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and efficient individual to join our team as a Spa & Wellness Front Desk Host. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Your ability to manage Spa front desk operations smoothly and with a high degree of professionalism will be essential to our spa's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming Clients and Guests: You will greet clients and guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and at ease. Your role includes offering services, providing a brief overview of the spa’s amenities. First impressions are crucial, and you will set the tone for their entire visit
  • Answering Questions and Handling Inquiries: You will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and courteously. Whether clients have questions about our services, need assistance with booking, or require further information about services, your ability to provide clear and helpful responses will be key
  • Managing Appointment Schedules: You will oversee the scheduling of appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of time slots to maximise the availability of our therapists and minimise wait times for clients
  • Processing Payments: Handling financial transactions is a critical aspect of your role. You will process payments for services and products, ensuring accuracy in all transactions
  • Promoting Spa Services and Memberships: Using your knowledge of our services and products, you will identify opportunities to suggest memberships, packages, and special promotions that align with the needs and preferences of our clients
  • Maintaining Client Records: Accurate record-keeping is essential. You will update and maintain client profiles, noting preferences, past services, and any special requirements. This ensures that we can provide personalized service to each client and maintain a high standard of care
  • Ensuring a Smooth Client Experience: Beyond the basics of scheduling and transactions, your role involves coordinating with Spa team members to ensure that clients have a seamless experience. This might include communicating special requests to therapists, managing any unexpected delays, and ensuring that the spa environment remains calm and orderly
  • Supporting Spa Operations: In addition to client-facing duties, you will assist with various administrative tasks that support the overall operation of the spa.
