Pools Manager

Doubletree by Hilton Malta is looking for a Pools Manager to oversee all hotel’s pools facilities.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent guest service skills and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage towel distribution.

• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all pool areas.

• Clean and maintain sunbeds.

• Assist with sunbed arrangements for banquet events as needed.

• Adjust umbrellas for guest comfort.

• Clear tables of food and beverage items (cups, plates, etc.).

• Perform lifeguard and safety duties within the pool area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pool operations, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.

• Lifeguard certification is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Physical ability to perform duties such as lifting sunbeds and adjusting umbrellas.
