Registered Nurses are now required to deliver high-quality services to employees across Malta (and associated island) sites. This will be an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional seeking a varied role away from traditional hospital environments.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting and providing varying levels of care to employees throughout the island
• Participating in the promotion and education of health activities in the company
• Maintaining excellent communication with Company Doctors and working in close collaboration with them
• Constantly liaising with communication with employees, offering advice and support where appropriate and within level of competence
• Reporting and sharing information of management to ensure effective use of resources
• Using resources available to ensure high standard of care
• Assisting in any emergency situations
• Administering vaccinations
• Assisting with quality initiatives, including clinical audits and evaluating nursing practices
• Reporting on patient care and progress, ensuring all paperwork is completed
Talent will:
• Be registered nurses with effective communication skills
• Possess a driving license and be willing to travel across the island as required
