Consultant in Palliative Medicine
Consultant/Specialist to wok in Palliative Care in a 16 bed in-patient unit complex/facility.
To provide leadership at Consultant level and will work with the existing multi-disciplinary Palliative Care teams within primary and community sectors to support ,develop and deliver seamless integrated car to improve the experience for patients with palliative care needs.
The ideal candidate will be: An established consultant in Palliative Care.
The successful candidate must eventually be listed in the Specialist Register kept by the Medical Council of Malta and must also be fully registered with the Medical Council of Malta before appointment.
The post is offered on a full-time basis however, the NGO would welcome discussion with individuals looking for a more flexible working pattern to support a different work life balance or are looking for a sabbatical position.

It exists to provide and promote the highest standards of Palliative care for persons with cancer, motor neurone disease, end of life respiratory, cardiac, renal and liver disease. It also aims to help and support their families.
