Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of services and ensure operational excellence across the business. This leadership role is responsible for managing teams, coordinating resources, maintaining client relationships, driving efficiency, and ensuring high levels of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Plan and manage resource deployment, staff scheduling, and operational coverage.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular service reviews and resolving issues proactively.
• Monitor operational risks, ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, and manage incident response.
• Support budget management, resource allocation, and company fleet operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
• Develop, monitor, and report on operational KPIs and performance metrics.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, resources, and operational performance.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, incident management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to analyse data, monitor KPIs, and implement performance improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Qualification in Operations Management, Business Management, Leadership, Security Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience within security services or knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems would be an advantage.
