Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Operations Manager to oversee key areas of our boutique St Julian’s school. You will manage our accommodation department — including host families and student residences — while overseeing our leisure programme to ensure an outstanding student experience. The role involves coordinating teams, maintaining high service standards, resolving operational issues, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of these departments. Full-time, year-round.

Requirements:

Fluent English (additional languages are a strong advantage), excellent organisational and leadership skills, and strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities. Experience in operations, hospitality, education, tourism or accommodation management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment, are essential.
