As a Games Delivery Supervisor you will join the Gaming Product team to support the Company’s operation at our offices based in Malta.
You will be the lead member of the Games Delivery team. The role is responsible for both the line management of the team and the games output of the team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a task orientated team, ideally within a gaming environment. The candidate will be digitally capable, have a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in Casino and Games.
Main Responsibilities:
Management of team members;
Prioritisation of team tasks;
Team training and people development;
Quality assurance on team testing output;
Managing escalated issues with the Product team;
Ensuring that games content complies to regulatory/responsible gaming standards;
Managing escalated tasks in conjunction with the Product team.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in leading a task oriented team;
Keen interest in Casino and Games;
Strong communication and organisational skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to multi task and prioritise work under pressure;
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
