As a Casino Coordinator – Platforms, you will coordinate the delivery of a best-in-class Casino, Games & Live Product, with an additional focus on platforms from our offices based in Malta.

The successful candidate will be working within the Gaming Product team.

You will work closely and build strong relationships with internal and external teams such as Marketing, Compliance, Operational Development, Games Delivery, Operations Gaming Support, Design and Publishing, and 3rd party games providers.

This position is available on a full-time basis Monday to Friday.

Relevant training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Skills and Attributes:

• Technically minded with a good understanding of gaming platforms (desktop, mobile & app), operating systems (Windows, iOS & Android) & Apple/Google app regulations
• Experience working in a Gaming Product or similar role
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external teams and third-party providers through electronic and face-to-face contact
• Forward-thinking with a passion for delivering the highest quality ensuring the user experience is at the centre
• Results-driven self-starter with good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple concurrent tasks and projects whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills together with the ability to work independently without supervision
• Innovative and creative, a lateral thinker who can understand and adapt to market and technology trends.

• Product ownership of all gaming platforms such as desktop, mobile, and mobile apps
• Working alongside the Coordinators to define which apps and providers should be launched when entering new domains
• Collaborating closely with the Coordinators to conduct frequent assessments of mobile app content and provide suggestions for optimizing the placement of games within the apps
• Carrying out regular analysis of the performance of gaming apps across various markets
• Analysing mobile app offerings across all domains and identifying any gaps in app availability
• Partnering with Coordinators to evaluate the potential advantages of cross-selling customers across diverse gaming platforms and, if determined beneficial, formulating a comprehensive cross-sell strategy
• Conduct regular competitor analysis of mobile apps and provide recommendations for enhancing the bet365 mobile app offering
• Working closely with the Operational Work Stream to streamline operational processes about gaming apps
• Ownership and the main point of contact for app reporting tools such as App Annie, Google Play, and App Store Connect
• Providing insights and helping develop the long-term strategy for bet365 gaming apps.
