Account Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Account Manager at kwiff located in Msida. The role involves managing high value client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Some flexibility for remote work is available, allowing for a balance between office-based and home-based tasks.

• Daily analysis of player data to identify potentially great players
• Monthly audits of player segments to adjust or reassign where necessary
• Provide accurate reporting on promotions and overall performance
• Identify fluctuations in player behaviour and react accordingly
• Proactively reach out to new and existing to build long lasting relationships
• Answer queries to ensure fast and satisfactory resolution
• Collect feedback from and escalate to relevant departments
• Create tailored campaigns for players and segments, reaching out to promote the campaigns
• Work closely with the CRM team to maximise impact for customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure queries are handled or escalated in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the Risk, Payments & Fraud and Responsible Gambling teams to help identify potentially at risk players
• Conduct regular health checks with players to help promote responsible gambling and ensure customers are enjoying their experience.

• Client Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Account Development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the betting industry and trends
• Experience with Zendesk software is a plus.
