Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive

Our client, a leading trading company is looking to recruit a Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

• Monitor regulatory developments at international, EU, and local levels.
• Analyze new regulations, focusing on investment services.
• Develop and implement compliance policies; conduct internal reviews and gap analyses.
• Execute compliance monitoring programs on schedule.
• Support internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and presentations on regulatory changes and challenges.
• Handle regulatory reporting (CRS, FATCA, MiFIR, EMIR).
• Assist in compliance risk assessments.
• Perform administrative and other related tasks as needed.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong understanding of investment services regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management.

• Bachelor's degree in law, compliance, or a related field.
