Senior Manager Revenue Operations

Join our client in overseeing the strategic performance of all their hotels. 

• Analyze statistics and trends to identify revenue opportunities and threats. Take charge of optimizing processes, crafting effective short- and long-term strategies that surpass their targets. 
• As a mentor and coach, lead the revenue management team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Dive deep into forecasts, budgets, and month-end at both hotel and portfolio levels. 
• Provide detailed reporting and commentary on results, forecasts, and portfolio goal progress and act as a substitute and right hand to the Group Director Revenue & Distribution, playing a pivotal role in strategic orientation.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, distribution, or similar (preferably in lifestyle-oriented hotels) with leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, excelling in critical situations.
• Proactive with high analytical thinking and methodical action, coupled with extensive project management experience.
• Expert knowledge of diverse distribution channels.
• Proficiency with revenue management systems (e.g., Duetto or IDeaS), experience with multiple channel managers, and familiarity with at least two property management systems.
• Well-known specialist in revenue management for various hotel markets and products, including lifestyle brands and extended stay.
• Perfect command of spoken and written English.
