Relationship Manager (Chinese speaking)

Our client, who is involved in investments is seeking a Relationship Manager (Chinese speaking). 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.  
• Act as the primary client contact, handling applications and escalating issues as needed.  
• Implement a client-focused relationship strategy with regular updates and reviews.  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value.  
• Utilise internal resources to support client application requirements.  
• Mentor junior team members.  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1700hrs 

• Over 2 years of experience in account management experience in investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining multi-level client relationships.
• Multi lingual a fluent level of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Strong international network for business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
