Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Agent fluent in Italian to join our team in the fast-paced and thrilling world of TOL. As a Sales Agent, you'll be tasked with attracting and retaining Italian-speaking clients, promoting our forex products and services, and meeting sales targets. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, sales prowess, and a genuine passion for the CFD industry


  • Generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential Italian-speaking clients interested in the world of cfd trading.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, to showcase our offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to prospective customers through outbound calls.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to engage customers, address objections, and secure sales.
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing Italian-speaking clients, delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Educate clients about the market, strategies, and risk management, tailoring information to their level of expertise.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position our products effectively and identify new business prospects.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Document client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to enhance our offerings and maintain competitiveness.


  • Reside in Malta.
  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken native level) with excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring positive client experiences.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and changing market conditions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, providing tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Resilience in handling objections and rejections positively.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
