Financial Controller

Job Description
Ably Resources are currently on the search for a Financial Controller for one of their clients who is a highly respected electrical, mechanical, and renewable energy organisation, because of the continued growth within the company.

Responsibilities within this role will include but not be limited to:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions
• Ensure that all relevant rules, regulations, and requirements are always adhered to.
• Provide executive management with the financial implications of existing and new regulations.
• Ensure that timely and accurate financial recording is maintained, reconciled, and reported to both internal and external stakeholders including the board of directors and regulators amongst others.
• Compiling and submitting statutory reports such as VAT returns, FSS requirements, etc.
• Building up forecasts, budgets, and cash flows.
• Independently complete management accounts

The successful candidate must have:

• ACCA or University Graduate
• 7 – 15 years of experience
