We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our client's team. You will be reconciling accounts on a monthly basis, preparing annual financial statements, cash flow forecasting etc. If successful, you’ll be joining a focused and professional team that encourages continuous learning and career ambition.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reconciling accounts on a monthly basis consisting of:
- Statement of Financial Position
- Notes to Statement of Financial Position
- Statement of Profit and Loss and other comprehensive income
- Notes to Statement of Profit and Loss and other comprehensive income
- Statement of changes in equity
- Statement of Cash Flows.
Other responsibilities include:
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of cash flow forecasting on a monthly basis
- Assisting auditors during their routine audit cycle
- Processing monthly payments runs
- Entry of data on the Varial system and posting to relevant ledgers
- Preparation of sales invoices for relevant projects
- Preparation of VAT returns
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an accounting role
- You are computer literate and have a good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Very good command of the English language
- You are a team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
- You possess multi-tasking and analytical skills as well as an eye for detail
- You are able to deliver tasks effectively in a timely manner and according to deadlines set
- You possess excellent inter and intrapersonal skills
- You are able to work under pressure
- Must be an EU/EU/EEA/Swiss national.
EDUCATION:
- You are qualified or in your final stages of ACCA.
