Finance Executive

Hili Ventures is seeking a Finance Executive to support financial operations and reporting. This role involves working closely with the finance team in processing transactions, managing financial records and assisting with general accounting duties. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to develop their financial expertise.

THE POSITION

Based in Malta and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Executive will ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards while contributing to the efficiency of the finance department through effective communication and strong attention to detail. The role involves posting invoices and journal entries in a timely manner, processing financial transactions, preparing monthly management accounts and financial analysis, assisting with budgeting, reconciling cash, bank, and intercompany balances, and supporting financial audits.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The preferred candidate will have a minimum A-Level qualification in accounting, proficiency in MS Office software (particularly Excel), and experience in a similar role. Candidates who are pursuing or are in the early stages of obtaining an ACCA qualification will be considered favourably. Prior experience using the Business Central ERP system will be considered an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
