Corporate Finance Manager

Our reputable client is seeking the ideal candidate to join their Advisory team. The chosen candidate must possess a combination of financial expertise, managerial skills and a strategic mindset. The duties will include:

• Involvement in valuations of businesses particularly in the context of transaction activities
• Engage in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for merger and acquisition transactions
• Carry out financial reporting and tax-related valuations such as impairment testing, financial instruments, purchase price allocations and various asset categories
• Provide advice on M&A and corporate finance encompassing cost of capital analysis, capital management, and comprehensive deal value analysis
• Assist clients in preparing financial due diligence reports for bond issues, valuation of equity share capital for IPOs and offer support in the overall listing process
• Conduct comprehensive investment analyses to provide well-informed insights for crucial investment decisions
• Provide guidance, training and supervision to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Play a key role in managing and successfully delivering large-scale projects within the team

• 4 - 5 years of financial advisory experience related to capital market transactions, M&A, corporate finance, business recovery and due diligence
• High level of analytical skills
• Proficient in both written and verbal English
• Able to manage and train a team of people
