Corporate & Compliance Executive

Simonds Farsons Cisk PLC in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Corporate & Compliance Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for a Corporate and Compliance Executive to play a hands-on role in some of its subsidiaries. Reporting to the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, the chosen candidate will be responsible for tasks like taking minutes, drafting resolutions and ensuring the Group’s overall compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable regulations. In addition, the candidate will be working alongside the Company Secretary to help establish and support the team’s annual project as well as various compliance monitoring functions throughout the Group.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of regulations and reporting obligations, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivation to meet targets is also a key trait.

Other prerequisites for this position include:

• A qualification in finance, accounting, or compliance
• Relevant skills and motivation gained from prior corporate experiences
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
