Compliance Executive

Our client, a leading boutique CSP is seeking to recruit a Compliance Executive to join their team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Assisting with the implementation, updating of policies and procedures and ensuring these are in line with the regulations
• Supporting with the completion and filing of statutory filings
• Assisting with the coordination of regulatory inspections and audits
• Reporting regularly to the MLRO and Compliance officer on matters relating to AML and compliance 
• Coming up with recommendations related to the existing practices and procedures in accordance to the industry's best practice
• Liaising with other departments within the company

• Previous experience in a similar role. Candidates with a Financial services background will be given preference
• Hold a strong analytical mindset and detail oriented
• Highly proficient in IT
• Possess a strong knowledge of the CSP industry
• Fluent in written and verbal English
