Compliance Analyst

Our client, a leading law firm is looking to recruit a Compliance Analyst to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Support the Employer's Compliance team across all entities with daily tasks.
• Gather and maintain client due diligence documentation according to the Employer’s client onboarding procedures.
• Perform Client Risk Assessments during onboarding and continuously thereafter.
• Conduct and evaluate client screening investigations.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Execute internal compliance duties and prepare related reports.
• Maintain a well-organized client due diligence filing system, both physically and digitally using the Employer’s internal software.
• Carry out additional AML-related tasks as needed.
• Address requests from clients and internal teams.
• Stay informed on relevant legal changes and complete necessary training to support the Employer’s compliance efforts.

• A minimum of two years experience working in the corporate onboarding field
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

• A qualification in AML/ Compliance will be considered an asset
