Philip A Tabone Marketing Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Property Negotiator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential buyers and renters
- Take leads from initial outreach to closing the deal
- Preparing visuals
- Listing properties
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements and other documents for each real estate transaction
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- A smart, mature and pleasant personality
- Great communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Possess a valid driving licence.
