ST Properties Limited, a fast-growing and well-established company, is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Property Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and property management.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist clients with their inquiries, providing outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate and manage property rental bookings.
• Schedule and attend property viewings.
• Oversee finances and maintain accurate records.
• Market properties and screen potential tenants.
• Support the team with various day-to-day duties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• A problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English (both written and verbal).
• A commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and workplace safety.
• Valid driving license.
• Flexibility to work weekends (every second Saturday)
• Previous experience in property administration is a plus, but not required.
