Hili Properties is seeking to appoint a Property Acquisitions/Sales Manager to support the growth of the company’s portfolio of assets. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Property Acquisitions / Sales Manager will be responsible for the full acquisition process to execute the company’s asset strategy in line with the organization’s goals.


The Property Acquisitions / Sales Manager researches target markets, monitors market trends, identifies real estate with potential to build a pipeline of acquisitions and negotiates and executes property acquisitions around Europe. The role’s responsibilities include data analysis, coordination of due diligence, and the facilitation of the acquisition and management of new properties for the company. The Property Acquisitions Manager also identifies risk, ensures appropriate risk-adjusted returns and portfolio diversification.

The Requirements:
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree or real estate qualification with at least five years’ work experience in real estate, preferably with real estate acquisitions experience or real estate broker experience. The preferred candidate will demonstrate expertise in the underwriting and valuation of acquisition opportunities, a track record for leading high-volume sourcing, and the identification of prospective acquisitions. Excellent negotiating skills, strong financial skills, and a track record of managing multiple transactions are critical to the success of this role. Experience in optimising the value of different properties through a combination of high-class transactions, management execution and asset allocation, the ability to prepare quarterly financial forecasts and property portfolio budgets, and a willingness to travel is essential.
