Quicklets Wembley Branch (Swieqi) in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Letting Specialist to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Real Estate Letting Specialist for a hybrid position at QuickLets Wembley Branch, located at Swieqi.
As a Real Estate Letting Specialist, you will play a key role in managing property rentals and delivering outstanding customer service.
This position offers a combination of on-site work at our Wembley Swieqi office and the flexibility to work remotely.

• Strong understanding of real estate principles, property management, and market dynamics
• Customer Service Experience; Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Communication and Negotiation; Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in negotiation to ensure successful interactions
