Letting & Sales Agents **Gozo**

15 years ago after I left school, I decided to chase my dream of building a real estate empire. I had my father show me the ropes of the business and from that day I ate, slept, and breathed real estate. I made cold calls, knocked on doors, and ran open houses. I worked 60-hour weeks and did whatever it took to become successful. 

Fast forward to today and I am now the Managing Director of 6 branches in Malta and Gozo for one of the most well-established real estate brands in all of Malta. 

We have an opportunity available for lucky individuals to be part of a growing company with huge upside and potential for growth. The role is a Real Estate Agent for our Gozo branch and helping us lead the way towards continuing to build this real estate empire. 

Being a Real Estate Agent for our team involves managing every part of the real estate transaction that involves me getting into a car & servicing clients. If you do not have your real estate license already you will be required to do so

Some of the daily tasks involved in this role include:

1. Showings

2. Attending Appraisals

3. Attending Inspections

4. Open Houses

5. Attending Closings

6. Shadowing the Team Leader on Buyer & Listing Consultations

7. Buyer and letting Consultations

8. Listing Consultations

9. Submitting Offers

10. Offer Presentations

11. Offer Negotiations

12. Coordinating with Branch Manager

13. Servicing Clients

14. Assisting in training all future agents

15. Anything else that involves getting into a car or taking a walk

Simon Mamo has sold more than €1B worth of real estate since its inception. As the Managing director I have the desire to make this company the biggest real estate brand in Malta and have every intention of doing so. The person who decides to stick by my side throughout this journey will inherit all of my knowledge and experience when it comes to real estate, business, & investing. 

Rather than looking at this like a job, you must look at this more like an internship where you can learn as much as you can about becoming financially free. I cannot guarantee any results, however, I can tell you that I will do everything in my power to make sure my current employees become successful long term. 

I can also assure you that it will be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life. I will challenge you daily to become the best version of yourself and push you to grow in ways you didn't know were possible. This will be unlike any other position you have ever worked in.

The position is full-time and 100% commission-based with no cap on earning potential. There are Agents within our company that have made over €200,000+ in commissions in just 2 years of getting started with us. This is a remote/on-site position that can be done from anywhere but you must be able to work weekends and answer the phone. You must dedicate certain to the physical office. You must be willing to stick with me through the ups & downs that arise in business, this means having a long-term mindset of being in this role for 5+ years. 

Experience working as a Real Estate Agent is a plus but not necessary. What is necessary is having a strong desire to succeed in life and being able to take orders well.
