The Role

As a Letting Agent, you will manage rental properties from start to finish, acting as a trusted point of contact for both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of rental properties and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

Conducting professional property viewings in Swedish and English

Advising prospective tenants and responding confidently to enquiries

Handling the full lettings process, from marketing and enquiries to negotiations and move-ins

Preparing and negotiating lease agreements in line with local legislation

Ensuring all listings, documentation, and records are accurate and up to date

Working closely with the team to meet targets and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is required

Experience in lettings, real estate, sales, or a strong customer-facing role

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and viewings

A proactive, self-motivated approach with confidence to close deals

Knowledge of the Maltese rental market and property regulations (or willingness to learn)

Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (highly preferred)
