EasyRent Real Estate in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are currently looking for motivated agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and have access to a laptop.

Responsibilities:  

Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the local real estate market 

Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences 

Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements on behalf of clients 

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and other industry professionals 

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications 

Continuously seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals 

Performing other relevant duties when needed. 

Requirements:  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 

Own a laptop 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently 

Strong networking and relationship-building skills 

Good negotiation skills 

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 

The real estate agent will be hired as a full-time employee 

No experience is required.
