Letting Agent (Salary & Commission incl. Car)

Malta Property Services Ltd (Property Giant) is currently looking to employ 2 enthusiastic and motivated Letting Agents (Salary & Commission incl. Car) to join our team in Ta’ Xbiex, on a full-time basis. 

Job Role:
While those with experience will be preferred, no experience is necessary, as full training will be given on the job. 

A company vehicle will be provided for the right candidates so that you can conduct viewings, so a driving license valid in Malta is a must. 

Remuneration: Basic salary (€1,000 per month) + Commission

Responsibilities include:

• To call landlords from our property database
• To follow requests professionally, accurately and in a timely fashion
• To arrange and attend viewings
• To build rapport with potential clients and landlords 
• To close lettings deals effectively
• To be target-driven and willing to progress your career
• Working to strict deadlines under pressure
• To work on your initiative as well as part of a team.
