What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of rental properties and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Conducting professional property viewings and providing expert guidance to prospective tenants.

Overseeing the full lettings cycle — from marketing and enquiries to negotiations, documentation, and move-ins.

Preparing and negotiating lease agreements while ensuring full compliance with local legislation.

Keeping listings and records accurate and up to date across all platforms.

Working closely with the team to achieve targets and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in lettings, real estate, sales, or a strong customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and viewings efficiently.

A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and close deals.

Knowledge of the local rental market and property regulations (or willingness to learn).

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for viewings (highly preferred).
