UNITED HUMAN RESOURCES LTD in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Condominium Manager to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Condominium Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our condominium complex. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium complex, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations
  • Manage and coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Create and maintain a budget for the condominium complex, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to condominium management
  • Communicate regularly with residents, addressing any concerns or issues and providing updates on complex operations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the safety and security of the complex and its residents
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Coordinate and oversee the rental or sale of units within the complex, including screening potential tenants/buyers and handling lease agreements or contracts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a condominium setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
