Commercial Real Estate Letting Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Commercial Letting Manager to lead and grow our letting department. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands the Maltese property market, knows how to close deals, and can manage and motivate a team to perform at a high level.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day letting operations, driving revenue growth, improving internal systems and processes, and ensuring the team consistently hits its targets. You will play a key role in setting standards, building structure, and pushing performance across the department—while maintaining excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and business partners.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for a leader who leads from the front, is commercially sharp, and takes full ownership of results. You should be comfortable with responsibility, decision-making, and holding people accountable, while also coaching and developing agents to reach their full potential.
