Technical Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the technical crew within our projects, ensuring correct planning and execution of projects / works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of technicians in project execution, repairs and maintenance
• Manage the schedule of works across all projects and maintenance agreements including the resources required to execute such works
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure technical specifications and quality standards are met whilst keeping track of costs, ensuring the budget is kept and aim to achieve savings
• Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of the various projects
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to address technical inquiries and provide the right advice / solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Compile the required technical documentation for installation and handing over
• Identify training and development requirements for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Mechanical/ Electrical Level MQF 4
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the fuel, waste water, renewable energy or related sectors
• Understanding of fuel pump systems, water waste treatment technologies, and renewable energy applications
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and technical acumen
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
