Senior Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Senior Engineering Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient maintenance operations. You will lead the engineering team, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure all building systems operate efficiently to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also work closely with the Maintenance Management Team to coordinate maintenance works and daily operations across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support the maintenance team in daily operations.

• Coordinate daily maintenance works with the Maintenance Management Team.

• Oversee preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.

• Assist with contractor coordination, supplies, and departmental operations.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory maintenance or engineering role.

• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Strong communication skills in English; Maltese is an asset.

• Technical diploma/degree from MCAST or equivalent institution.

• Wireman’s Licence A and/or B is considered an asset.

• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays when required.
