Quality Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure product quality.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports and audits.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering methodologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
