Project Manager (Architect)
Our client is looking for a Architect/ Project Manager to grow their growing team. Reporting to the COO, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects for the organization’s various sites, ensuring their successful completion, timely implementation, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
- Overseeing contract management during project execution with support from the Procurement section.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and government authorities.
- Reporting, maintaining proper documentation as per standard procedures, and occasionally preparing specifications and cost estimates for project procurement..
- MQF Level 6 or better in Architecture, Civil or Engineering related field or similar
- Knowledge in ACAD (2D)
- Driving license Cat. B
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction industry
